  • Do you provide ready-made products?
    No. Every piece at Artpress is commissioned and developed from the ground up. Each work begins with a personal narrative, then translated into a visual composition through research, material exploration, and design study.

    What information do I need to prepare before commissioning?
    At minimum:
    – Personal story or background context
    – Visual references (if any)
    – Event or purpose (wedding, gift, corporate, etc.)
    – Desired cultural or thematic direction

    The more specific the input, the more precise the outcome.

    Will I receive a design preview before production?
    Yes. A design proposal will be developed and shared prior to production. This ensures alignment in direction, composition, and detailing

    Artpress works with a combination of engineered wood, veneers, textiles, acrylic, and hand-finished elements. Material selection is tailored to each design.

    Is the product durable?
    Yes. Pieces are constructed with longevity in mind. However, as collectible works, they should be kept in dry, stable environments and away from excessive humidity.

    Production typically takes 4–8 weeks, depending on complexity, detailing, and current queue.

    Do you offer express service?
    Yes, subject to feasibility and additional cost. Availability is limited.

    Do you provide samples?
    Yes. Samples are charged separately, and remain the property of the client. Sample development is typically reserved for commissions of a certain scale or quantity.

    Yes, within a reasonable scope. Revisions are part of the design alignment process prior to production.

    Can changes be made after production has started?
    No. Once production begins, the design is considered final.

  • How is pricing determined?

    Yes. Artpress operates within a bespoke framework, and commissions are aligned with a certain level of craftsmanship and material quality.

    What is the payment structure?
    All commissions are confirmed upon full payment, allowing the project to proceed into design and production.

    What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept bank transfers and credit card payments. Should you prefer to proceed via credit card, our team will assist in arranging a secure payment link.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes. Artpress serves both local and international clients.

    Can I visit the workshop or pick up my order?
    Artpress operates primarily by appointment and delivery. On-site visits and pickups are limited and subject to scheduling.

    How is the product packaged?
    Each piece is carefully secured for safe, fully insured transit. Shipments are handled through our trusted logistics partners, with deliveries within the Jabodetabek area arranged via instant courier for added security.

  • Are your designs protected?
    Yes. All Artpress creations are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or replication is not permitted.
